Beautiful Torquay beach vibes 🌊🌴
We had a lekker time! The ocean views from our apartment were insane, and the king bed was super comfy—perfect for long snoozes. The staff were so friendly and really made us feel at home. Location? Right near the beach for morning walks!
Only downside was the dodgy parking, quite a hassle. Had to park a bit of a walk away. Just a little annoying, but we made it work!

Ocean views from the one-bedroom apartment are stunning. The games room could use more options for kids. Towels missing on check-in affected our experience.

Even with the balcony door shut, pool noise filters in, making it hard to escape the sound. The cleanliness of the windows and outdoor areas was below par. dirty balustrades and cracked tiles could really use some attention. I was also disappointed the indoor pool wasn’t available during my stay, and the cafe/bar closing by 8 PM felt limiting, particularly when planning evening meals. parking signage could be improved for easier access to the lifts.

Comfy and Convenient with Great Beach Proximity
We stayed in a well-appointed one-bedroom apartment that offered a comfortable lounge and bedroom, complete with a good kitchen and laundry facilities. What truly stood out was the fantastic location, just a short 2-minute walk to the beach and a 20-minute stroll to the shops. It would be great if the resort could enhance the dining options, as there seemed to be limited food services available on-site.

The location is ideal, with on-site parking making it convenient for family trips. The staff exhibited a welcoming attitude that truly enhanced the stay. the room felt dated, lacking basic amenities like proper utensils. it was unfortunate that the indoor pool was closed during the visit, which would have been a great asset for the kids.

The Queen hotel room was modern and well-presented, providing a comfortable stay with lovely linens and toiletries. The spa was warm and large enough for some light swimming, enhancing the relaxation experience. The dining experience at the on-site restaurant was excellent, with a delicious Angus burger paired with a fine glass of red wine.
There was confusion about the transport arrangements, and the customer service during checkout was unsatisfactory.

The stay was enjoyable, with the indoor pool providing a fun escape for the kids. The café offered delightful breakfasts, and I appreciated the spacious room with a view of the pool. While the room was nice, it was disappointing that there was no daily servicing during our three-night stay, as that is usually expected. the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, which detracted from our experience a bit.
